The first speaker Sherilyn Bell, will cover the basics of DNA testing and go into detail about interpreting results and where to go from there. Dr. Margaret Ann Wilkinson will speak about the ethical and privacy issues around DNA testing. For those who have not had DNA testing this will be a good introduction, for those who have already been tested the workshop will help clarify some of the questions you may have about your results and how you can use them to enhance your genealogical searches.
